Can't get in the chat room? Look here first.

Many things may keep you from not logging in the chat room.

One could be your Java. Please go to www.java.com and download Java.

If you have the latest version and it still won't let you in, please make sure you're using the following browsers;

Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. These are the most common.

If you're still having problems, try clearing your cache and cookies.

If you still can't get in, please restart your computer.

If you still can't get in, then more than likely its the Chat Room itself. The chat room may be lagging, or the server might be down. Please wait it out.

If you think you've been banned, you should have got a popup message saying "You've been banned from DigiChat." If you didn't recieve this popup, then you aren't banned.

If you have been banned, please read the Banned thread located within this forum.
