Q. What does Line of sight and non-line of sight mean?
Line of sight means your banner or text link can be seen without having to scroll the page with a monitor resolution of 1024x768, non-line of sight means your banner or text link will be placed at or near the bottom of the page. 50% of our site traffic use 1024X768, 40% use 800x600, the remaining use various resolutions above and below these.
Terms:
Advertising is not considered accepted and banners will not be scheduled for inclusion until payment has been received and cleared and ad graphics have been approved.
All rates are in U.S. dollars.
Chat Family reserves the right to approve the content and design of all banners prior to the beginning of the ad run.

Graphics:
The goal of web advertising is not to annoy viewers but to get them to click on your ad and go to your website. Please keep that in mind when designing your ad banner.
Banners must be 200 pixels wide by 100 pixels high or smaller.
File size cannot exceed 15 kilobytes.
Graphics should be correctly sized in .GIF or .JPG format. If simple resizing is required, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per graphic.
Use unique file names, such as:
yourcompanyname_1.gif
DO NOT NAME THEM ad1.gif, banner.jpg, or the like. If you do, they might get lost or overwritten.
Send graphics as an attachment to email to:

Please use the subject line "Ad Graphics"
In the body of the email, please include:
- the URL to which you want each ad to point.
- Company name, address, zip or country code
- Contact name
- Phone number
- # months to run the banner
- Date to start displaying the banner if you do not want us to start it immediately.
